Wow... That's what we can say about this event. Here we supplied the 4 international models dressed in fairy princess gowns, the LED tables (both glass top type and the lycra covered type), over 42 normal cloth and ribbon cocktail tables, industrial fans and the transparent high top canopies you will see in the pictures below.

The setup was massive as we had to hand carry our canopy stands up 7 floors as there was only 1 service lift which was too small. Then we had to wait for hours to share the lift with the other suppliers. BUT the key word here is we did it anyway. Happy clients means more business continuity for us.

We also had an awesome roving magician who bended forks in front of the guests! He even gave it to them for souvenirs. Our funny Mime artist was also mingling with the audience entertaining them.

AATB's 2012 Annual Awards Presentation Night at Le Meridien

 Very cool hotel... small ballroom but top class service.

We had AIA AFG Takaful Berhad's 2012 AAPN recently and brought in LED cones, we had a very sought after songstress Adira to perform with Zahid. 

 The theme was gala with Tuxedoes and stunning dinner dresses all around. Even our photowall had Paparazzi's with real life camera flashes!

We brought in a few of LED Cocktail tables which helped create the ambience as well as had a Mime and String Musicians playing at the foyer during mocktails.

AIA AFG Takaful Berhad - Another batch of events for these super clients

Another group of professionals we love to work with are the gang from AATB. They handle their own designs, plan their activities and my job is to execute it accordingly.

The 1st event for them was their official launch of their new office at Wisma Chartis. We had a iPad launch gambit using palm scanning, a launch device and even put in a sticker board that looks like a giant safe. By the way, the client's liked it so much, it is still stuck on the doors!

We also used LED lycra covered cocktail tables for the VIPs and it was quite a cool setting.

Their next event was to provide our Emcee, non other than World Karaoke Champion from Malaysia, Badri Ibrahim, who also is an established singer and has helped us many times as Emcee. This event was an MOU between AATB and MBSB at The Prince Hotel KL.

We did something cool for them for their DASH - Kick Off 2013 at the Sime Darby Convention Centre where the venue was Korea. In case you're already thinking.. yes, we had Gangnam dancers. The ladies were dressed in traditonal Korean outfits and came in for a quick Fan Dance. This quickly changed to Gangnam upon our 4 male dancers in hip costumes jumping on stage for PSY's hit song.

Was a very fun event indeed. To make it even more fun, we brought in our PS2 and Xbox Kinect consoles as it was a combo theme of F1 and Korea. So to keep the guests occupied, they played out their skills in virtual racing etc.

Yet another 3 more events with satisfied clients...

Yup, as the title said, we undertook another 3 more projects from this fantastic client, PruBSN and they were spread out a couple of months each. If you think this client is easy or "sempoi"... guess again! These people are as professional as it gets. They are sticky with designs, time frames and what we we say we can do, we BETTER be able to do it or else...! But I guess we have a very respectful relationship with each other as they support us a lot. 

Here are some 3 more events we did:

1st is the Super C or the official title is Super Achiever's Conference 2012 where we had the event at KLIA Pan Pacific Hotel. It was a little tricky as we had pillar's where we were supposed to place our rear projection system. We immediately solved the issue by bringing in long throw lenses, AV stands and a even more powerful projector. Problem solved! We had our remote control blimp for the opening gambit, we had CO2 and pyro effects, we even had Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck for the launch of a trip to HK Disneyland. The highlight was the announcement of the World's Youngest F1 Test Driver, Nabil Jefri. Who is now PruBSN's brand ambassador.

Although the ballroom was small and narrow, we illuminated it with our lighting effects and changed the ambience

Then we also had PruBSN's 2013 Kick Off at the Amphitheatre in Sunway Lagoon which was a first time open air, although we had a roof though... The setup was horrible and dragged for hours and hours as it was raining like it hasn't rained in ages. Our sound and lighting console area was flooded but thank goodness, the water subsided as fast as it rose or else it would really be a disaster.

We built a 2D mock up of the Coliseum and the Leaning Tower of Pisa onto a Italian background. It came out awesome!

Like they say, a picture paints a thousand words...

After so long, we finally managed to bring in LED wals, and it was really needed because of the suurrounding ambient light.

The stage and backdrop with LED lights on the props made it look 3D almost. 

Our most recent event was the highlight of all the events done with PruBSN for the past 2.5 years of servicing them. We had a totally impressive Hollywood themed backdrop with props, we had a Lotus Exige enter the ballroom to ferry the Champions of the evening (we literally took off a couple of hotel doors for this...), we had an LED wall as the centrepiece for the stage, super entertainers like Jone Bond who not only was a great Emcee but also sang and danced as part of his show, "Superman" Faizal Tahir popped in for a couple of his hits, waterfall pyro effect on stage etc...
